• to get your password, click on 'click here to retrieve it'
• enter your user name/login: it is your membership number
• click on 'Send me my password'
• your password will be sent to you in an email

In the future, you can keep this password or change it.

I wish to change my password

• click on 'log in' (top right of the screen)
• log in

• click on 'my eps'
• click on 'change your password'
