The website for the International Conference on Quantum Fluids and Solids (QFS 2016) is now open.

The deadline for early registration has been extended to 10 June. Please complete the registration process and pay the conference fee before this date to be eligible for the reduced tariff.
                                     
Abstracts for posters and talks should be submitted by 10 June.

Tutorials
There will a series of tutorials before the welcome reception on 10 August. These tutorials are aimed at students and young researchers and will cover the basics of QFS topics. If you wish to attend, please remember to take them into account when making travel arrangements.

Quantum Turbulence Workshop

Following the close of the main conference on Wednesday 16th August, there will be a satellite workshop to discuss recent advances in Quantum Turbulence.  This will take place in the Clarion Congress Hotel between 13:30-18:30 (Tentative). If you are interested in participating in this workshop and would like to be added to the mailing list, please contact Prof. Andrei Golov (andrei.golov@manchester.ac.uk).

Please note that Prague is rich in sight-seeing spots. The most attractive event in 2016 will be the 700th anniversary of the birth of Charles IV - King of Bohemia and Holy Roman Emperor, founder of Charles University (1348), Charles Bridge (1357), Saint Vitus Cathedral, and Prague New Town quarter. Additionally, several World Heritage listed sites can be reached within a day trip from Prague.
