What is my username?

The username is the EPS membership number: IM+6 digits
Example: IM550148 or im550148

I lost my password

Click here and follow the instructions.

I wish to change my password

1. Sign in
2. Click on "Profile Home"
3. Click on "[Edit]" in the Personal section
4. Click on (change) to change your password

Join a division or a group in my profile

1. Sign in
2. Click on "Profile Home"
3. Click on "[Edit]" in the Additional Information section
4. Check the division and groups you are interested in.
5. Save your changes.

Pay ON LINE with a credit card

No need to have a PayPal account.
Once you are registered, click on the PayPal icon.
If you are already registerd then:
1. Sign in
2. Click on "Membership info"
3. Click the icon "Online Payment"

Pay by credit card debit

You can send us your credit card coordinates by fax. Please download the pdf here, fill it in and send it to the EPS secretariat per fax at +33 389 32 94 49.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE MEMBERSHIP FEES HAVE INCREASED IN 2013. See new fees.

Pay by bank transfer

Our bank coordinates can be found on your invoice.
Please indicate YOUR NAME AND INVOICE REFERENCE. It makes the identification of your payment easier.

Pay through an EPS Member Society

The following EPS Member Societies collect fees for Individual Members:
SFP - SFO - SFS - SIF - DFS - Hungary - Czech Republic - Romania - Slovakia
Your profile will be updated once we have received your payment from the Member Society.

Print the EPS member card

To print your annual member card, please follow the steps:
1. Sign in
2. Click on Manage Profile
3. Click on Membeship card
If this link does not show up, scroll down and click on "Membership info" and on the link "View/Print My Membership Card".

The EPS member card requires an up-to-date membership, as well as a portrait, so you may have to add an image or change it in your profile. The EPS member card will be asked to our members attending EPS conferences.

Upload my photo

To upload an image please follow the steps:
1. Sign in
2. Click on Profile Home
3. Hover the mouse over the image
4. Click on the button that shows up
5. Select a file and click on Submit
