The EPS studies issues of concern to all European countries relating to physics education, not only at the university level, but also at the primary and secondary level. It pilots actvities through its Physics Education Division and participates in EU funded projects. EPS Member Societies exchange information on developments in their countries and share ideas and best practices.
ODYSSEUS
The EPS is a partner in the EU funded ODYSSEUS Project, aimed at increasing the interest of high school students in physics through a contest.
European and international research institutes engaged in education, and physics related learned societies propose innovative science education materials.
